Vegan investor Heather Mills has just announced a third addition to her direct-investment portfolio VBites Ventures. Her latest deal is with UK brand LoveSeitan.
LoveSeitan produce and sell seitan (a wheat protein) in different flavours such as Chilli & Garlic, Smokey Dokey, and Italian Herb. Seitan has been increasing in popularity globally in part due to its health benefits and the fact that it is a soy-free ingredient, making it suitable for those with soy intolerances.
V Bites Ventures previously invested in nut milk brand M*lkman and supplements Fitdelis. The most recent funding of LoveSeitan will mean further growth for this exciting firm who were given the award of “Best Vegan Meat” by the Vegfest Awards 2018.
