ELSE Nutrition’s Plant-Based Infant Foods Launch in Over 380 US Retail Locations

Else Nutrion Holdings, which develops plant-based alternatives to dairy milk-based baby foods, announces the early availability of its innovative products in US retail stores. The company expects to begin first retail sales through KeHE distributors in the western and southern regions of the United States as early as the end of November 2020.

Kantar Worldpanel found that tofu sales in the UK increased 81.7% between April and June 2020, and in the same timeframe, sales of vegan mince and vegan burgers shot up 50.1% and 37% respectively. MVK Group, a holdings company in London, has completed a funding round into award-winning pizza chain Purezza, bringing its total raise to £2.4m. Additionally, vegan investment firm Veg Capital announces an investment in the coming retail expansion for Purezza’s mozzarella, which will see a brand new 8,000 square foot retail space.
