The British company Holland & Barrett, which has a presence in over 16 countries, is joining the large number of manufacturers who have recognised the potential of the plant-based ice cream sector in the face of constantly growing demand. The new product line comprises two coconut-based ice creams in the flavours Peanut Butter and Passionfruit.
