The LIVEKINDLY Collective has announced a strategic partnership with the Ospelt Group, a Swiss producer of products such as filled pastas, pizzas and ready meals as well as pet food, to develop “plant-based food solutions” to include ready-made and convenience meals.
The collective originated as Foods United, a subsidiary of Blue Horizon, which acquired a majority stake in the German meat alternative brand Like Meat then purchased the lifestyle platform LIVEKINDLY this March, becoming known as The Live Kindly Co or TLKC. After further acquiring The Fry Family Food Co, taking an equity stake in PURIS, and recently acquiring Swedish plant meat producer Oumph!, it is now going by the name of THE LIVEKINDLY Collective.
