This development is also the driver behind the Swedish investment company for sustainable and plant-based funds – Kale Invest – which has announced that it is now open to anyone who wants to invest in sustainable and green technologies.
Sweden’s first plant-based investment company, Kale Invest, is pursuing vegan development and focusing on financial growth with ethical and sustainable values in mind. It invests in both public and private companies.
According to a spokesman for Kale Invest, the company welcomes two interest groups in particular – vegans and vegetarians who want to reconcile their investments with their values and ethical ideas, and interested parties who recognize a clever and future-proof investment with long-term advantages. And such an investment does not require horrendous sums of money, because anyone with a capital of 500 US dollars can contribute and subsequently invest in green technologies and other plant-based sectors.
