Brazil’s First Plant-Based Food Event to Take Place in April as South American Market Continues to Emerge

The “Primera Feria de Alimentos Plant Based” (first plantbased food fair) will be the first and unprecedented event related to Plant Based Food in Brazil and will bring together key players and promote vegan industry in South America, which has been an increasingly important market in recent months.

AGN Consultoria e Negócios, specialized in the plant based market, has as partner Alberto Gonçalves, who has been working in this area helping startups to develop their businesses in the plant based market.

22 exhibitors are planned for this fair, in a space of 600 m² – Espaço Adolpho Block, at Clube Hebraica, as well as 3 sponsorship quotas (Gold, Silver and Bronze). There is at this stage pre-booked participation in the event from companies such as Seara (JBS), Globalfood, Fazenda Futuro, Behind, Superbom. Wenger, ADM / Marfrig, Firmenich, Plant Made (Green Kitchen and Basi.co), 7 Earth Principles, among others, are already confirmed.

The organisers state, “We will make free invitations for buyers to visit the fair and maintain business contacts with exhibitors and Sponsors. Soon tickets for the interested public will be available at Sympla (Ticket sales platform).  Like all innovation, the stakes are high. And the Plant Based Fair, it couldn’t be different. We are looking for disruptive actors to be with us at this event. An event with the potential to enter the national calendar of food-related fairs.”
