• Cell-based Meat Summit Taking Place February 2019



    The Industrializing Cell-Based Meat Summit will bring together leaders of the cell-based meat industry to share the latest scientific progress in the field and address the current challenges the industry is facing.

    The two-day event will take place on the 6th and 7th February 2019 at Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco and will feature experts from JUST, Memphis Meats, Mission Barns, Mosa Meat, and New Age Meats. The summit will focus on the developments in cell-based meat industry, including taste and texture improvements, processing and automatization techniques, affordability, consumer concerns and will also include insights from FDA and USDA experts Brian Sylvester and Larisa Rudenko on current regulatory landscapes.
    The summit is a timely event when our environmental footprint is at its largest and consumer awareness of sustainability and environmental issues is rapidly growing.
