Free From Functional Food (Ingredients) 2019, Europe’s leading trade fair for gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, organic/natural, sugar-free, or wheat-free FFF (Free From Functional) ingredient solutions and much more, will take place from May 28th to 29th at the Gran Vía, Fira Barcelona Exhibition Centre, Spain.
The two-day exhibition and conference programmes on the theme of “The Free From Functional Food Industry/Ingredients” are expected to attract a number of European market leaders. The exhibition includes more than 300 companies from 34 countries, including well-known market leaders such as Santiveri, Granarolo, Rosies, Pedon, Probios, Schnitzer and many others.
“In 7 years, we have developed an entire event exclusively for the Free From Functional Food/Ingredients sector,” says Ronald Holman, Event Director. “By concentrating exclusively on functional foods and solutions (FFF), we provide visitors from the retail, catering and manufacturing sectors with an excellent and comprehensive overview that cannot be found elsewhere.”
An important element of the event is the Contact Matching Programme by the Partner European Enterprise Network, an EU initiative to organise 500 individual meetings between exhibitors and buyers from around the world. The free conference sessions include a total of 60 presentations on a wide range of market-related topics.
