Vevolution, the plant-based events and media start-up from London, is hosting a vegan business boot camp for new entrepreneurs this July, in collaboration with some leading ethical entrepreneurs.
The Vevolution Plant-Based Business Bootcamp, in collaboration with vegan lifestyle magazine Bright, is an all-day training event with lectures, workshops, panels and mentoring sessions from some of the UK’s leading ethical entrepreneurs.
According to the organizers, who have already launched a vegan pitching contest, it is “Designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs” and examines key challenges including investment, marketing, leadership, self-sufficiency, finance and more.
Like the training event by the British Centre for Effective Vegan Advocacy (CEVA) in September 2018, the Bootcamp aims to strengthen the vegan movement.
Aptitudes
Vevolution co-founder Judy Nadel said of the event, which will take place on July 14th at London’s Lush Studios, “We wanted to create a comprehensive training summit designed specifically for company founders. This event will give people new insights and skills to help their vegan business flourish.”
Co-founder Damien Clarkson added: “This is an event we would have loved at the beginning of our entrepreneurial journey.” Clarkson says that Vevolution’s team is very proud to have Bright and Lush as its partners for the event.
This year, Vevolution has already launched the Supportveganbusiness campaign, which highlights, promotes and supports vegan companies that bring innovative ideas to the non-vegan world.
“We are so happy that people are coming together for the Plant Based Business Bootcamp to help new vegan companies in these important early phases. We can’t wait to see what they will all achieve in the future.”
