About the moderator

The sessions are designed and moderated in collaboration with Nadine Filko. The journalist and author published a book on cultured meat in 2019 and co-developed and edited the NEWMEAT magazine for meat alternatives from 2022 to 2024. After publishing her most recent book “FOOD CHAINge” in July 2024 she initiated the exhibition “Beauty of Bioscience” as first project of her “eatX”-Initiative which aims at an improved communication about a changed food system.
