Moving Mountains, the pioneering company in vegetable food technology, will officially launch its meatless, bleeding burger at famous burger chain on 14th June in 23 Hard Rock Cafe stores across Europe, including Berlin, Cologne and Munich.
The 170 gram Moving Mountains burger, which sizzles, smells, tastes and bleeds like meat but is completely plant-based, offers 25 grams of protein, optional cheese, an onion ring, with leaf salad and ripe tomatoes on a toasted roll, including French fries.
The Moving Mountains food technology burgers offer a vegetable “meat” option for flexitarians, vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike. The burger imitates animal meat in every way – but instead of blood, juiciness is achieved with beetroot juice. Other natural ingredients include oyster mushrooms, pea, wheat and soy protein, antioxidant coconut oil, oats and the RDA of vitamin B12.
Simeon Van der Molen, founder of Moving Mountains, said: “Our mission is to expand into new restaurants and cities to provide truly inspiring dishes for flexitarians using the latest food technology. Our introduction to the world-famous Hard Rock Cafe, famous for its legendary burgers, certifies that Moving Mountains Burger is a truly delicious burger that can compete with beef and keep up with its 170 grams in size!”
The Moving Mountains Burger will be introduced at the following 23 Hard Rock Cafe locations across Europe: Amsterdam, Antwerp, Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Florence, Glasgow, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Manchester, Munich, Nice, Paris, Prague, Rome, Seville, Venice and Vienna.
