The Allgäu chef Robert Heinzelmann has unveiled his latest creations – a collection of 100% vegan base sauces and curries. He has combined his love of fresh local produce with his passion for Asian cuisine to create four different varieties.
Heinzelmann is presenting his new collection under the motto “Simple – Honest – Tasty”. The sauces are available in four different flavours – vegetable gravy, lemongrass & turmeric, soya & ginger, and tomato & paprika. The special thing about these sauces is that they are not only 100% vegan but also free of gluten, lactose and monosodium glutamate. In addition, they contain no preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial colours.
