Califia Farms Launches Plant-Based Creamers in Lavender, Brown Sugar and Vanilla

Califia Farms, based in Bakersfield, California, announces the launch of plant-based creamers in three flavors: lavender, brown sugar, and vanilla. The creamers are USDA-certified and made with simple ingredients without gums or oils. The almond-based creamers, available in a 25.4-ounce refrigerated format, debuted at this week’s Natural Products Expo West Show in Anaheim, California.

The creamers are the latest addition to the brand’s organic line, following Organic Almond Milk and Organic Oat Milk, which launched in January 2023. Most recently the company launched Califia Farms Complete, a plant-based milk designed to match the nutritional profile of dairy milk while containing 50% less sugar, just this week. The range will soon be expanded to include organic coconut milk and organic vanilla almond milk.

Califia Farms was founded in 2010 by Greg Steltenpohl, who sadly passed in 2021, and a visionary award scheme was set up in his name in 2022, awarding $100,000 grants for early-stage food ventures. The company offers a wide range of oat, almond, and coconut milks as well as a line of cold brew coffee, tea and matcha drinks. The products are gluten-free, non-GMO, and carrageenan-free options, making them suitable for all consumers.

One of a kind on the market

To celebrate the entire organic product line, Califia Farms has partnered with leading experts and thought leaders including Megan Roup, celebrity trainer and founder of The Sculpt Society; Peter Som, award-winning fashion designer, culinary creative and lifestyle expert; and Chef K, personal chef to the Kardashian-Jenners. All three will showcase the different ways to enjoy the brand’s new organic line on social media and other channels throughout 2024.

“These organic almond-based creamers are the only products of their kind on the market, giving consumers something they’ve been asking for: creamy, great-tasting plant-based creamers that are organic and made with simple ingredients,” says Chief Marketing Officer Suzanne Ginestro.

The creamers are available now at Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market and natural specialty stores.
