Founded in 2017, Before the Butcher has expanded its presence in foodservice and retail, including a distribution partnership with DOT Foods and a collaboration with Rosati’s Pizza. The company’s product line includes a range of meat alternatives aimed at both foodservice operators and consumers seeking plant-based protein options.

Growth in vegan snack market

The vegan snack sector is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.9% through 2030. The plant-based convenience food segment, which includes single-serve and ready-to-eat products, continues to expand in response to consumer demand for quick and nutritious options.
