USA: Chloe Vegan Foods Launches Frozen Pizzas Topped with a “Quantum-Leap Forward” in Cheese

Chloe Vegan Foods announces the launch of a full line of frozen plant-based pizzas which are topped with what the brand calls a “quantum leap forward” in pizza cheese, which is made from cauliflower, one of 2020’s trending plant ingredients.

According to the company, as reported by Progressive Grocer, a highlight of the line “is the quantum leap forward in the quality, flavor, texture and behavior of [its] patent-pending cauliflower-based cheese” in mozzarella and cheddar varieties.

The product line entails: Cheese, Italian Sausage, Margherita, Sausage, Mediterranean, and a build-your-own Pizza Crust Two-Pack. The products sell for a suggested $9.99. Chloe will also reportedly offer an own-brand shredded vegan cheese plus vegan pepperoni and vegan sausage toppings for consumers to create their own personalised pizzas.
