California’s First Vegan Burger Outlet “Burger Patch” Donates 100% of March Profits to Save Local Independent Restaurants

Burger Patch – California’s first all-vegan burger concept— has announced it will donate all of its March profits to the #OURSacramento Save Our Restaurants fund, established to help save independent restaurants in the Sacramento area during the coronavirus outbreak.

The fund has reportedly raised $20,000 so far. “Our community is who we are. We feel grateful that we’re able to continue to serve during this time when so many others have been forced to close for circumstances out of their control,” Burger Patch co-founder Phillip Horn said to VegNews.

The Burger Patch website states,”We ARE OPEN and excited to serve you safely including contactless delivery and takeout options! we have temporarily adjusted our hours. to 11am-9pm daily with a brief close from 2-4pm mon-thu. thank you for your continued support!”
