Cinnaholic: Vegan Bakery Chain to Open 136 New Stores in the USA in 2018

The vegan bakery chain “Cinnaholic” plans to open 136 new stores in the USA in 2018, doubling the number of branches in North America. The Atlanta-based bakery franchise is already known nationally in the USA for its vegan cinnamon rolls. Initial planning for the locations began in 2018, with 76 stores planned for the USA. The target for 2018 has now been raised to 136. According to the company, 30 new branches will be opened in Texas, three in Northern California and five in Orlando. But the company has already expanded outside the USA too; it now has four locations in Canada.

Florian Radke, co-founder of Cinnaholic, said: “This boom has been incredible for us – and we are only halfway there.”

“We could not be more satisfied with our initial investment and our decision to expand further,” added Cinnaholic franchise owner AB Tiffee.

The chain’s success

The bakery chain gained enormous popularity after an appearance on the show “Shark Tank” on the TV channel ABC. It was voted one of the top franchisers of 2018 by Entrepreneur Magazine at the beginning of 2018. Above all, the growing popularity and acceptance of vegan products promises great potential for the growth of brands like Cinnaholic.

“Our customers visit Cinnaholic not just for our delicious products, but also for our commitment to sustainable and ethical ingredients,” explains the co-founder. “The trust we have built with consumers and our enormous growth in the first part of this year will enable us to strengthen our franchise opportunities in new markets.”
