• Canadian Luxury Snack Brand PRANA Launches CHIC CHOC Vegan & Gluten Free Treats

PRANA, a Montreal-based leading brand of organic foods, has launched CHIC CHOC, a new line of guilt-free organic snacks made from high-quality ingredients. CHIC CHOC is available in three flavours – chocolate caramel, double chocolate and vanilla almond.

Known to Canadians for its organic, high-quality snacks, PRANA was certified as  B Corp in 2015 and says it “has been a key agent of change in the food industry since 2005.” The new CHIC CHOC line is organic, vegan and gluten-free and contains no preservatives, artificial flavors or additives.

    • Chocolate Caramel flavor combines almonds, hazelnuts, crispy rice, puffed quinoa and caramel, topped with a 62% dark Fairtrade chocolate and a dash of sea salt.
    • Double Chocolate crunchy bites are comprised of almonds, hazelnuts, smooth hazelnut butter, crispy rice and puffed quinoa, topped with 62% dark Fairtrade chocolate and a dash of sea salt.
    • The Vanilla Almond flavour is a mix of almonds, smooth almond butter, crispy rice and puffed quinoa, with a note of vanilla and a pinch of sea salt.

Janick Parent, VP of Marketing at PRANA, said: “Striking the perfect balance between a nutritious and indulgent snack was a challenge our development team achieved beyond expectation. CHIC CHOC packs a delicious dose of energy while satisfying the need for that sweet treat people crave throughout the day. Complementary to taste, the texture provides a new experience compared to our other snacks.”

CHIC CHOC crunchy bites are now available in major Canadian retail stores and online at pranasnacks.com. Contact PRANA for more information.
