Further building on ongoing efforts to help consumers make small, sustainable changes for the better, Colgate has also introduced a Bamboo Charcoal Toothbrush partnering with recycling company TerraCycle to ensure minimum impact on the environment.

Smile for Good from Colgate is improving the sustainability profile of its brand and aims to achieve 100% recyclable packaging by 2025. Toothpaste alone accounts for an estimated 20 billion tubes annually around the world, as such Colgate says it is sharing its innovative technology with competitors as part of its commitment to transform one of the most widely used forms of plastic packaging that up until now could not be recycled.
