Whole Creations are a UK based producer of gluten-free pizzas, garlic bread and desserts, and last week announced the release of a new dairy-free range which is suitable for vegans and now available in Sainsbury’s supermarkets.
The dairy free dessert range consists of: Chocolate and Vanilla Cones, Chocolate and Almond Mini Sticks, and Chocolate Puddings with a melting Belgian dark chocolate centre. The frozen vegan pizza has a thin and crispy gluten-free crust topped with roast butternut squash, red peppers, and caramelised red onions. The vegan cheese on the pizza is produced by Sheese, an award-winning Scottish product made from a blend of coconut oil and potato starch.
