The Vegan Filter: London’s VeganTech Pioneer Goes Live

Hunting for vegan products can be a challenge, especially online. The Vegan Filter makes vegan shopping easier across online grocery, fashion and cosmetics sites – and helps vegan retail brands move closer to their target customers.

The Vegan Filter is a Chrome browser extension that automatically sets vegan filters when consumers browse on third-party sites. It offers a new way of shopping online for both long-time vegans and those new to the vegan lifestyle. Never before have been more vegan products introduced to the UK retail market than in 2019, making it difficult to stay up to date with the latest launches in veganism.

Retailers are empowered to offer must-click experiences and thus create more engagement and improve sales conversion. Winners are also vegan consumer brands. Now they have a chance not only to be top of mind of the vegan audience – but also top of page.

Founder Isabella Aberle says, “We crave what we know. And what we know is what we see. What if we could only see vegan products when shopping online?” Ms Aberle states that the intention is to become the #1 vegan Chrome browser extension in 24h or less.

The Vegan Filter launches today on Holland & Barrett, Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, Topshop, and other UK sites.

Update: The Vegan Filter just scored #2 product on Product Hunt, a daily leaderboard for the best products launched wordwide.
