GRUBBY Extends Collaboration With BOSH! After Selling Over 100,000 Meal Kits

UK plant-based meal kit service GRUBBY has extended its partnership with vegan chef duo BOSH! following the success of their co-branded products. Over 100,000 GRUBBY x BOSH! meal kits have been sold since the collaboration began 18 months ago, with some varieties completely selling out. Now, the brands have launched ten new dishes, including Gochujang Tofu Mac & Cheese, Crispy Chilli Plant-Based Beef, Peanut Butter & Tenderstem Udon Soup, and Zingy Green Enchiladas with Avocado. The new recipes are already available on GRUBBY’s menu, with at least two to be featured each week. Research Finds That Almost Half the UK Plant-Based Population is Male

Research carried out by plant-based chef duo BOSH! has found that almost half the UK plant-based population (49%) is male. Based on a survey of 2,400 people, the results are somewhat surprising, since women have historically been more likely to choose a meat-free diet. Research published by the Vegan Society last year found that men face social pressure to conform to masculine expectations, including eating meat. Many men said that fears of experiencing stigma had prevented them from choosing a vegan diet. Furthermore, a recent study by researchers at the University of Zurich found that gender differences in meat consumption are more significant in countries with higher levels of gender equality and social and economic development. Costa Coffee Partners With BOSH! to Launch New Vegan Summer Options

UK coffee chain Costa Coffee has partnered with vegan chef duo BOSH! to launch two new plant-based items as part of its summer menu. The first option is the Falafel and Houmous Wrap, consisting of spinach and pine kernel falafels combined with spiced chutney, houmous, and pink pickled onions. There is also a new sweet option available — the spiced Gingernut Loaf Cake, which comes topped with ginger frosting and ginger cookie crumb. British coffee chain Costa Coffee has teamed up with vegan chef duo BOSH! to launch a new range of plant-based sweet and savoury products for Veganuary. For lunch, customers can opt for the new Plant-Based Saucy Chicken Fajita Wrap, which consists of plant-based chicken with spicy tomato sauce and roasted red peppers in a tomato tortilla wrap. Those looking for a sweet option can choose the Caramelised Biscuit Rocky Road, consisting of a dark chocolate biscuit base with marshmallows and cherries, topped with Speculoos biscuit spread, Speculoos biscuit pieces, and dark chocolate ganache.
