Wagamama, Domino’s, and Sushi Daily Reveal New Veganuary Menu Options

Three major food service chains in the UK — Wagamama, Domino’s, and Sushi Daily — have revealed their new Veganuary menu options for 2023. Wagamama Japanese-inspired chain Wagamama is offering a vegan version of its kare lomen dish, which features udon noodles in a spicy coconut broth with plant-based teriyaki chicken. The dish is topped with coriander, beansprouts, and cucumber, and will be available throughout January. For last year’s Veganuary, Wagamama offered vegan Japanese-inspired fish and chips. Over 50% of the chain’s menu is now plant-based, as part of the company’s mission to reduce its carbon emissions. Domino’s France Launches the Vegan Rocket Veggie With Vegan Mozzarella

Domino’s France, which has not launched any new vegan pizzas since Veganuary 2021, has just launched a new product: the Vegan Rocket Veggie with tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella, rocket and Kalamata olive oil. Vegan mozzarella is a new feature at Domino’s, which until now has only used vegan grated cheese. Three vegan pizzas are now available in France: The Vegan Rocket Veggie, with tomato sauce, mozzarella, rocket and PDO Kalamata olive oil. Vegan Peppina, with tomato sauce, vegan grated cheese, mushrooms, onions, pepper duo, pitted organic Kalamata olives, fresh tomatoes and oregano. Domino’s Pizza Germany Launches “Oh Jacky” Jackfruit Pizza for Veganuary

For Veganuary 2023, Domino’s becomes the first QSR chain in Germany to launch a jackfruit pizza, having already launched vegan pizzas over the past 12 months in Spain, Australia, and the UK. Together with Lotao, the Domino’s Pizza Germany product innovation team created the Oh Jacky featuring jackfruit, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and sweetcorn, topped with vegan grated melt from Bedda. Domino’s Launches New Vegan Pizzas in Spain

Domino’s Pizza has launched a new selection of vegan pizzas for the Spanish market: Varbacoa de Heura, Tony Veggeroni and Veggiña. This launch has been carried out through the campaign that addresses the late launch of vegan pizzas “A buenas horas pizzas verdes.” The campaign, in collaboration with Good Rebels, will focus on digital and outdoor media, and will publicise its new vegan recipes, thus offering this target group the possibility of consuming these products in shops and at home. Domino’s Vegan Pepperoni Pizza Added Across UK for Veganuary 

Domino’s vegan pepperoni pizza to be available nationwide at 1,200 UK outlets  Domino’s Pizza has added a new plant-based pepperoni offering for Veganuary 2022. The Domino’s Vegan PepperoNAY pizza is made with a vegan pepperoni made by The Vegetarian Butcher and is available at UK stores and online.  The pizza is 100% suitable for vegans, made with a plant-based cheese developed in-house by Domino’s and served with the chain’s famed vegan Garlic & Herb dip. Domino’s Analyses the Success Of its Vegan Pizzas in France

Domino’s Pizza has been present in France since 1989 and now has more than 400 locations throughout the country. Domino’s France has been gradually adapting to the current consumption patterns of the French and has been offering vegan pizzas since 2018 with a 100% vegan grated similar to mozzarella – initially with two pizzas: the Vegan Peppina and the Vegan Margherita. Shortly afterwards, the company also started to offer vegan ice creams under the Ben & Jerry’s brand.
