Dr Oetker Launches Vegan Bistro Baguette Spicy BBQ

The Bistro Baguette from Dr. Oetker will be available in a vegan version for the first time from June 2023. Dr. Oetker Ristorante Launches Vegan Pepperoni Pizza in the UK

German-French multinational Dr. Oetker has added a new pizza, the Vegan Pepperoni-Salame, to its Ristorante range in the UK. Sold frozen, the pizza features a thin crust and the brand’s signature passata, topped with dairy-free mozzarella and vegan pepperoni. The launch follows the success of Dr. Oetker’s first plant-based Ristorante pizza, the Vegan Margherita Pomodori, which was introduced in 2021 and is now the most valuable vegan frozen pizza in the category. The product is widely cited to have had a value of over £2 million in February 2023. Dr. Oetker Poland Partners With Violife for First Vegan Pizza

Dr. Oetker Poland has announced the launch of its first ever plant-based pizza in collaboration with vegan cheese brand Violife. The Feliciana Vegan Verdure Piccante is a plant-based version of the company’s popular Feliciana thin crust sourdough pizzas. It features a slightly spicy tomato sauce, Violife cheddar flavour cheese, mushrooms, tomato, and green pepper. Dr. Oetker said it chose to work with Violife because the brand is the most popular vegan cheese in Poland. The plant-based pizza launched at over 8000 Zabka convenience stores on August 31. Dr. Oetker Launches Vegan Versions of its Popular Ristorante & Chicago Town Pizza Brands

From March, frozen pizza producer Dr. Oetker launches a vegan Pizza Margherita Pomodori through its popular Ristorante line, as the first vegan frozen pizza in this range. Dr. Oetker Professional’s offshoot Chicago Town, which makes deep crust Chicago style pizzas, last month released a vegan ‘bacon’ stuffed crust pizza for Veganuary after the massive success of its first vegan product, a BBQ jackfruit pizza, last year.
