Inventor of Cheetos Frito-Lay’s Twisted Cheetos, Dr Gino Bortone, announces a new cheesy vegan snack through Eat Well Group portfolio holding Sapientia Technology LLC, focused on disrupting the entire snack food market, estimated to reach $736 billion by 2026. Amara’s Plant-Based Toddler Line is the Number One New Release on Amazon

Amara Organic Foods, one of the US’s fastest-growing baby food brands, has announced that its plant-based toddler line is the top new release on Amazon. The company’s revenue has surged by five times since January. Eat Well Group to Acquire Majority Stake in Amara Plant-Based Baby Food Company 

Agri-food investment company Eat Well Group is to acquire a majority stake in plant-based baby food specialist Amara Organic Foods. Amara’s baby food delivers the benefits of fresh fruit and vegetables yet with the convenience and scale of shelf-stable and was voted the #1 Baby Best Food by Good House Keeping.  Using science and proprietary IP to make organic and vegan baby and children’s food, Amara will form a key part of Eat Well Group’s expanding plant-based portfolio, reinforcing its vertical integration strategy.
