Brazil’s Future Farm Expands US Retail at Amazon Fresh and Sprouts Farmers Markets

Brazilian alt-protein brand Future Farm announces it is expanding its premium plant-based meats at two new US retailers, Amazon Fresh and Sprouts Markets.  At Amazon Fresh, the brand’s Future Burger, Future Beef, and Future Sausage are now available nationwide, while select products are launching at two Sprouts Market locations in southern California. The company says both retailers will be serviced by KeHE distributors, making its products available to even more consumers across the country.  Valued at $400M, Future Farm is one of Latin America’s leading plant-based meat startups. Leading Brazilian alt-meat brand Future Farm has announced partnerships with a series of four Los Angeles restaurants — Ggiata, Prince Street Pizza, Cofax, and Golden State. Groots and Future Farm Launch Vegan Caesar & Tvna Pasta Salads

Future Farm and Groots have teamed up to create a range of ready-to-eat salads in Caesar and Pasta&Tvna varieties in Spain. The meals are close to Zero Waste, featuring edible cutlery from the startup Voilà. Groots grows and sells food from a sustainable production system based on vertical farming. This formula achieves a 50 times greater cultivation capacity per square metre, which avoids deforestation and soil pollution, as well as reducing water consumption by 94%, among other benefits for the environment. Future Farm’s Australian Expansion Begins With Launch at Over 700 Coles Stores

Future Farm’s Australian market entry has begun, with its plant-based burgers, meatballs, and beef now available at 732 Coles locations across the country. Future Farm Plans to Expand into Alt Dairy Following Epic $58M Series C Raise

Following the Brazilian food tech startup’s launch into the US, Future Farm has now closed a $58 million Series C funding round. The alt meat player is preparing for rapid growth as it continues its expansion in the US and Europe, with alt dairy products also in the pipeline. With the company now valued at $400 million, the latest funding brings Future Farm’s total investment raised to $89 million.
