Swedish plant-based food company Havredals announces the launch of its fava-bean meat range in the New York Metro area, following its debut in Virginia this February. Despite the decline of plant-based meat sales in the USA, Havredals says it has been experiencing strong demand for its great-tasting and affordable beef and chicken offerings crafted with fava beans, peas, and oats from regenerative farming, which, moreover, are soy, gluten, and GMO-free.
