As Veganuary gets underway, many UK food service outlets are launching new menu options to cater to customers who are trying a plant-based diet. Wetherspoon Launches Katsu Quorn Nugget Curry for Veganuary

UK pub chain Wetherspoon has launched a new plant-based menu item, Katsu Quorn Nugget Curry, for Veganuary. The Japanese-style curry contains vegan Quorn chicken nuggets in katsu curry sauce. It is topped with sliced chillis and coriander, and served on a bed of coconut flavoured rice. The menu option was previously trialled at a limited number of locations, but is now available nationwide. The curry adds to Wetherspoon’s extensive plant-based range, which also includes pizza, a Beyond Meat burger, five-bean chilli, an English breakfast, and more.
