Vegan Economy Thriving in Mexico Due to Consumer Shifts, Entrepreneurship & Innovation

Although some dispute this figure, the trend is clear: consumer habits in Mexico are shifting towards animal-free products, for a variety of reasons including health, the environment and animal welfare.
