NotCo Launching NotChicken Burgers, Nuggets and Tenders Across Canada

Chilean giant NotCo has unveiled the first pizza topped with its NotChicken innovation — the Vegan BBQ Shot — which as of this week is now available at all Papa John’s locations throughout Chile. NotCo Preparing to Launch First NotChicken Products in US By End of 2022

Food tech startup NotCo announces it will be launching NotChicken patties at US Sprouts Farmers Markets in coming months. NotCo Hints at Launch of NotChicken and NotSalmon

NotCo has hinted that the launch of NotChicken, its plant-based chicken alternative, may not be far away. “Things are coming, and tremendous things,” the brand posted on social media, accompanied by an image of a chicken with a line through it. NotCo first announced it was developing NotChicken after a successful funding round over the summer.
