In the latest of Odd Burger‘s steady stream of expansion announcements, the Canadian chain today announces it has entered into a Letter of Intent to develop up to 50 new vegan fast food locations in the state of Florida and in the DACH region of Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Canada’s Odd Burger Announces Odd Burger U.S, Intends to Franchise Across 25 US States

Odd Burger, the first vegan fast food chain to go public, announces the launch of its franchising operations in the United States. The Canadian vegan fast food chain has formed a Delaware corporation that will serve as the franchisor of, and that will operate as Odd Burger U.S, with the intention of selling franchises in 25 states, including: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming. All Y’alls Foods, a vegan jerky brand, announces plant-based business expert Elysabeth Alfano has joined the company’s Advisory Board. Odd Burger Signs Agreement For 40 New Ontario Locations

Odd Burger, one of the world’s first vegan fast-food chains and the first to go public, announced this week that it has signed an agreement with Starke Investments to bring 40 new Odd Burger locations to Ontario over the next eight years. Odd Burger currently has operational locations in Toronto, London, Windsor, Vaughan, Waterloo, Hamilton and Whitby, with additional franchise locations in development including Calgary, Ottawa, Victoria and Vancouver. Odd Burger Launches Preposterous Foods in Partnership with Sysco

Canadian fast food chain Odd Burger announces the launch of Preposterous Foods, a new range of plant-based meat and dairy products. The company says the new line will be distributed exclusively through Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice company.  Featuring minimally processed foods made from ingredients like chickpeas, oats and wheat gluten, the Preposterous line will initially offer 10 plant-based items: meatless wings, beefy ground meat, gyro meat, breakfast sausage, and a crispy chicken burger. The dairy-free products include ranch dressing, vegan honey mustard sauce, tzatziki sauce, eggless mayo, and dairy-free cheese sauce.  Sysco currently serves more than 600,000 institutional clients across restaurants, healthcare, education and lodging/hospitality facilities. Odd Burger Enters European Market, Now Trading On Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Odd Burger, the first vegan fast-food chain to go public, today announces it has entered the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to begin trade in the European market, and that it has received eligibility from the Depository Trust Company (DTC), enabling its stock to be more easily purchased by US investors. The Toronto-based company has begun trade under the symbol IA9 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the twelfth largest stock exchange in the world by market capitalization, and the largest in Germany. Canada’s Odd Burger Announces Record Sales in October With 41% Growth in One Month

Odd Burger Corporation, the publicly listed Canadian plant-based fast-food chain which rebranded from its previous name Globally Local this July, announces record systemwide sales in October of more than $233,000, a 41% increase over the previous month. The chain operates five locations, opened a sixth on October 27th, and announced two new locations for 2022, as well as expansion into western Canada and into the US with a flagship restaurant in Manhattan.
