Odd Burger Terminates Letter of Intent With Zoglo’s Food Corp

At the end of April 2023, Canada’s vegan fast food chain Odd Burger Corporation announced an LoI with plant-based food company Zoglo’s Food Corp whereby Odd Burger was to acquire 100% of its issued and outstanding common shares and combine the businesses. Odd Burger today states that this non-binding letter of intent has been terminated in accordance with its terms. “The company continues to pursue other business opportunities and wishes Zoglo’s success in their future operations and business objectives,” says the press release. Amid an ongoing list of announcements, this March the company appointed Marc Goodman, Vice President and General Manager at 7-Eleven Canada Inc, to its Board of Directors. Canada: Odd Burger Continues Growth With Plans to Acquire Zoglo’s Food Corp

Odd Burger Corporation recently signed a non-binding LoI with Zoglo’s Food Corp, a private plant-based food company operational for 25 years with a retail footprint of over 700 locations, to acquire 100% of its issued and outstanding common shares and combine the businesses. Odd Burger is poised to gain access to Zoglo’s’ food manufacturing network in both North America and Europe, which will bring benefits as it scales international operations. Canadian fast food chain Odd Burger announces the launch of Preposterous Foods, a new range of plant-based meat and dairy products. The company says the new line will be distributed exclusively through Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice company.  Featuring minimally processed foods made from ingredients like chickpeas, oats and wheat gluten, the Preposterous line will initially offer 10 plant-based items: meatless wings, beefy ground meat, gyro meat, breakfast sausage, and a crispy chicken burger. Odd Burger Enters European Market, Now Trading On Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Canada’s Odd Burger Announces Record Sales in October With 41% Growth in One Month

Odd Burger Corporation, the publicly listed Canadian plant-based fast-food chain which rebranded from its previous name Globally Local this July, announces record systemwide sales in October of more than $233,000, a 41% increase over the previous month.
