UK Chain Oowee Introduces Three New Festive Vegan Products

Oowee announces it is to add three festive vegan products to all menus, entailing both savoury and sweet items. Oowee has enjoyed a successful year, opening a new flagship store in Brighton in March and in July partnering with OmniFoods for the Ocean Burger, a vegan fish fillet burger described as being highly realistic. The new festive dishes launch in all Oowee locations in London, Bristol and Brighton this week and will be on the menus until 4th January. Oowee Partners With OmniFoods to Launch Limited Edition Ocean Burger

UK chain Oowee Vegan has joined forces with pioneering Asian alt-meat brand OmniFoods to offer the Ocean Burger, a vegan fish fillet burger that is described as being highly realistic. The brands celebrated the launch by giving away 500 free Ocean Burgers on July 11. The burger is a limited-edition menu item that will be available until August 14, priced at £6.95. OmniFoods in the UK OmniFoods first entered the UK last year with The Big Vegan Pig Out, a partnership with several popular restaurants that showcased three of the brand’s plant-based pork products — Mince, Luncheon (AKA vegan SPAM), and Strips. Award-Winning Fast Food Chain Oowee Vegan Opens Flagship Store in Brighton

UK fast food chain Oowee Vegan has announced the opening of a new flagship store in Brighton. The chain had previously been operating in the city as a delivery-only kitchen, and had spent two years searching for a suitable restaurant location. The new store will feature an updated design and brand identity, which will roll out at Oowee’s other locations across the country. Currently, the chain has two diners in Bristol, two in London (Brixton and Dalston), and a delivery kitchen in Manchester. Additionally, there is a third Bristol location serving some meat options alongside the vegan offerings. The Brighton location is set to open over the summer. This much-loved UK vegan diner has developed its business from starting out as a small popup in Bristol, to huge success including fame in the local press involving the police!
