One Planet Pizza Launches in Sweden With Help of Kale United

One Planet Pizza‘s product range is now available in Sweden through a distribution agreement with Kale Foods, a subsidiary of well-known Swedish vegan VC firm Kale United, headed by Måns Ullerstam. The full portfolio of frozen pizzas is now available to Swedish consumers from online retailer Vembla in Stockholm and Malmö, as well as in food service for restaurants. “The Swedish market is demanding a vegan premium pizza and we are particularly pleased to have One Planet Pizza in our plant-based portfolio. We are currently in dialogue with a number of different grocery retailers in Sweden and hope for a nationwide launch soon”, says Anders Nilback, CEO of Kale Foods. The Successor: One Planet Pizza and Heura’s First Vegan Pizza Collab

One Planet Pizza and Heura today announce the launch of a new vegan pizza called The Successor, marking the two industry leaders’ first-ever collaboration. While the Heura vegan chick*n is available at London’s NXT LVL PZA in the form of the Hangry Birds pizza, this product represents the first time the Heura Mediterranean Chunk has been used as a topping for a frozen vegan pizza. Much-loved UK brand One Planet Pizza has gone from strength to strength since launching in 2016 as the UK’s first producer of frozen vegan pizzas. Having smashed its recent Crowdfunder campaign, the father and son team has just secured its first major UK supermarket listing with a rollout into 75 ASDA stores across the UK.
