The ‘Mylkcubator: More Than Mylk’ Accelerator Program Seeks Applications from Next Gen Alt Dairy and Beyond

Second Cohort of Mylkcubator Launches to “Future Proof the Dairy Industry”

The second cohort of Mylkcubator, an incubator for cell-based dairy products, has now launched. The incubator is seeking to enroll five startups or projects in the fields of molecular farming, fermentation-based, cell-based, and applied technologies. Mylkcubator is operated by Pascual Innoventures — the corporate venture unit of Spanish dairy manufacturer Pascual — in collaboration with global foodtech accelerator Eatable Adventures. The program is open to startups worldwide. Mylkcubator 2.0 is set to last six months, from the selection of the startups through to the final demo day. Spanish Dairy Giant Pascual Seeks Cell-Based Startups for Mylkcubator Program

Leading Spanish manufacturer of dairy products and beverages, Pascual, has launched what it claims to be the first global incubation program for cellular agriculture technologies in the dairy industry. Called Mylkcubator, the program is run by the group’s new Corporate Venture unit, Pascual Innoventures, with the mission of supporting innovative startups disrupting the dairy value chain. “The entrepreneurial, innovative spirit is in our genes”  Pascual Innoventures will become an early-stage investor in chosen startups, accelerating and forging alliances with those that share the same purpose.
