“UK’s First Vegan Hotel” Goes on the Market in Scotland
An 11-bedroom establishment described as “the UK’s first vegan hotel” is up for sale in the Scottish town of Pitlochry, inviting offers of around £950,000. Called Saorsa 1875, the hotel was founded on the principle that “the correlation between style and animal products is outdated”.
