German Market Leader SimplyV Launches Vegan Parmesan ParmVegan at Ocado UK

SimplyV, the no.1 plant-based cheese brand in Germany with a 35% market share, recently launched its grated vegan parmesan ParmVegan, created with a base of coconut and almond, at Ocado UK. Joining SimplyV’s existing range which includes gourmet slices (intense and mild), a mature block, and grated plant-based cheese, ParmVegan is free from soy, palm oil, gluten, and preservatives. SimplyV states that it dedicated a decade to developing a “best in class” almond-based cheese which it claims offers “unrivalled authentic taste and melt”. Europe’s SimplyV Launching First Plant-Based Cream Cheese Bar in US

European brand SimplyV announces it is expanding its popular plant-based cream cheese to the US market, via distributor Franklin Foods. Made from almonds, Franklin says the chef-tested product offers the same taste and texture as dairy cream cheese, and will roll out to food service and retailers in March 2023.  According to SimplyV, its plant-based cream cheese has been a market leader in Europe for the past five years, and this is the first time the product will be available to US customers. The launch will include ‘the first’ dairy-free cream cheese sold in bars, in addition to tubs and single-serve cups. Simply V to Open Museum of Alternative Cheese for Veganuary

Germany’s most successful vegan cheese brand Simply V is set to exhibit “modern cheese food art” for Veganuary 2023. From 13 January, Simply V will open the Museum of Alternative Cheese in the trendy Mitte district of Berlin, where visitors will be able to enjoy modern food art in the form of paintings, installations and photographs as well as true culinary art. The exhibition curated especially for this occasion shows works by young contemporary artists that revolve around cheese. Vegan Cheese Brand Simply V to Launch in the UK After Appearance at PBWE

Last week, German vegan cheese brand Simply V made its first major UK appearance at Plant Based World Expo in London. After showcasing its cheeses at the event, which is Europe’s largest trade fair for plant-based products, the company has announced that it will be launching in the UK in March 2023. Five products will initially be available — gourmet slices in the flavours Mild and Intense, two varieties designed for grating and pasta respectively, and a mature cheddar-style block. The latter product will initially be exclusive to the UK. Simply V’s cheeses are made from almonds and a select few other ingredients. Simply V Presents Barista-Quality Organic Oat Drink

The Allgäu-based start-up E.V.A. GmbH has already enjoyed great success with the introduction of its vegan own brand Simply V in 2015. The Simply V brand sells vegan cheese, and according to the company, has already attained a share of 70% in the market for cheese alternatives. Simply V has now launched a new barista-quality organic oat drink, which is said to be perfectly suited to coffee with milk, muesli, porridge and overnight oats.
