Mr. Charlie’s Partners With Stockeld Dreamery to Launch Plant-Based Mr. Royale with Cheese

Sweden / New York-based vegan cheese brand Stockeld Dreamery has partnered with vegan fast food chain Mr. Charlie’s to launch the Mr. Royale with Cheese. The burger features Stockeld Dreamery’s dairy-free cultured cheddar, which is made with traditional cheese fermentation techniques. The cheese alternative is said to have excellent melting properties and a higher protein content than competing products. Stockeld Dreamery and Plantega Roll Out Cultured Cheddar at 60+ NYC Bodegas

Stockholm-based Stockeld Dreamery and New York City’s Plantega have announced a new partnership to distribute Stockeld’s Cultured Cheddar across more than 60 bodegas in New York City, enhancing the availability of plant-based cheese options in local convenience stores. Stockeld’s Cultured Cheddar will be incorporated into 18 of Plantega’s menu items, including breakfast sandwiches, burritos, chopped cheese, and Philly cheesesteaks. This product, known for its meltability, natural flavor, and creamy texture, was developed over four years in Sweden using fermentation and legumes. Plant-Based Cream Cheese by Stockeld Dreamery Launches at Ess-a-Bagel in NYC

Swedish alt dairy startup Stockeld Dreamery has continued its US expansion through a partnership with New York City’s Ess-a-Bagel. Customers visiting Ess-a-Bagel’s 3rd Avenue store can now order a new sandwich called Fire in the Hole, containing Stockeld Dreamery’s non-dairy cream cheese. The cheese alternative can also be added to any bagel, with a choice of two different flavors — Smoked Paprika & Chili and Garlic & Herbs. This is the first time Ess-a-Bagel has ever offered a plant-based sandwich in its 47-year history.
