Chloe Coscarelli Reclaims Her Place in NYC Vegan Food Scene With Opening of CHLOE

In a tale of redemption, celebrity vegan chef and cookbook author Chloe Coscarelli has opened her new vegan restaurant, CHLOE, at 185 Bleecker Street in New York City, the original site of her first restaurant, By Chloe.  Coscarelli, the first vegan chef to win Food Network’s “Cupcake Wars,” co-founded By Chloe with Samantha Wasser of ESquared Hospitality in 2015. Club Med Partners with Chef Chloe Coscarelli to Expand Plant-Based Menu, Adds Beyond Meat Options

Club Med, a pioneer in the all-inclusive resorts industry, announces it recently partnered with famed vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli to bring more creative plant-based dishes to its resort menus in North America and the Caribbean. In addition, the brand says it is now offering Beyond Meat products as a protein option.  Creative recipes This summer, Coscarelli led an intensive workshop with Club Med’s culinary team to help the company revamp its plant-based menu options, reports Travel Pulse. Vegan Restaurant Chain By Chloe to Be Bought Out of Bankruptcy, Must Continue Under Different Name

BC Hospitality Group, parent company of vegan fast-casual chain by Chloe, has agreed to sell the chain out of bankruptcy to a group of investors including QOOT International, Simple Capital Management LLC, Kitchen Fund, Lion Capital LLC, and Bain Capital Double Impact Fund. The group has agreed to pay $333,000 as well as the assumption of its debts, though it has been ruled that moving forward it must operate under a different name.   By Chloe launched in 2015 and expanded to 14 locations around the US as well as becoming recently established in London and Canada. By Chloe Raises $31 Million to Expand Vegan Restaurant Chain

In 2018 By CHLOE, the New York City-based fast-casual vegan restaurant, received $31 million in funding from Bain Capital, Kitchen Fund, Collaborative Fund and TGP International/Qoot International amongst other investors. The investment will ensure 50 new locations in the next four years, more than tripling the number of stores across the USA and move into Europe and the Middle-East.
