The Vegan Mac pairs Chickapea’s organic chickpea lentil pasta with a creamy sweet potato and pumpkin sauce and is a first-of-its kind dairy-free option in the chickpea pasta line joining the ranks of Chickapea’s current pasta offerings: penne, spirals, shells and mac and cheese. The Vegan Mac packs contains 17g of protein, 10g of fibre, no added sugars, and less than 300mg of sodium per serving. It’s organic, gluten-free, low glycemic, vegan, kosher, and non-GMO Project Verified.
