Food manufacturer Good Foods has recently introduced a new line of vegan dips, adding five new and innovative products to its existing plant-based range. Good Foods is responding to current consumer trends and helping retailers meet the growing demand for alternative foods.
The new dips are made from plant-derived sources such as cauliflower and cashews. They contain no preservatives or added sugars in order to meet as many people’s dietary needs as possible. Each dip has less than 50 calories per serving and contains only three carbohydrates for a tasty snacking experience.
“According to Nielsen Homescan, 39 percent of Americans are actively trying to eat more plant-based foods,” said Danyel O’Connor, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Good Foods. “As alternative diets become an increasingly important lifestyle choice, we have realized that we not only have the ability to meet a growing demand, but also to produce new, fresh and flavorful foods without artificial ingredients.”
