The vegan fast food chain VeganBurg has introduced its new plant-based Curry Dhal-Burger for a short time on the occasion of the Diwali Festival of Lights. The company has been offering the new burger in all its branches in San Francisco and Singapore since October 1.
The new CurryDhalBurg is made of homemade potato and spinach pâté and rounded off with freshly cut white cabbage, onion, crunchy salad leaves, chopped coriander, dairy-free aioli and curry dhal sauce. “At VeganBurg, we strive to challenge the stereotypes about burgers and push the boundaries of what they look, feel and taste like. We are constantly on the lookout for ways to delight our guests with something new. This Diwali, we have a perfect combination of both,” says Alex Tan, founder and Burger Director of VeganBurg.
