Footsure Western Ltd is a Gloucester-based manufacturer of safety footwear. It makes footwear and safety clothing for both the retail and wholesale markets. Footsure has recently been awarded the European Vegetarian Union Seal of Approval, and three of its products have now been awarded the internationally recognised vegan V-label.
The safety specialist develops, designs and distributes its own range of work shoes. In order to meet the requirements of a changing market, the company is increasingly focusing on manufacturing its range without animal products. Many trend forecasts and market analyses show that veganism is expected to increase further in 2019 and will play an important role in the clothing industry.
