NotCo Teams Up with PepsiCo to Introduce Plant-Based Doritos Sauce and Nuggets in Chile

Chilean food technology company, NotCo, has partnered with PepsiCo to introduce two new plant-based products to the Chilean market: NotMayo Doritos and NotChicken Nuggets Flamin’ Hot. These products are designed to combine the bold flavors of popular snack brands with plant-based ingredients, aiming to meet the growing consumer demand for plant-based alternatives.

The collaboration merges PepsiCo’s established brand presence with NotCo’s AI-powered innovation, enabling the rapid development of plant-based versions of Doritos and chicken nuggets.
