• Nutpods: Vegan Packaging Made from 95% Plant-Derived Substances

Since it was founded, the dairy-free cream manufacturer nutpods has placed a particular emphasis on sustainable development. Nutpods sells vegan, dairy-free creams made from a mixture of almonds and coconuts. The ethically oriented company is now planning the next step towards sustainability with vegan, plant-based packaging.

The company aims to bring America’s first “plant pack” to market, made up of 95% plant-derived substances. The new packaging will be introduced at the beginning of this autumn with one of nutpods’ existing products.

The American company’s products have been available in Seattle stores and from Amazon since mid-2015. Nutpods hopes to reduce its carbon footprint by producing vegan creams and launching its new plant-based packaging.
