Purple Carrot Introduces New Vegan Ready Meals

The American company Purple Carrot recently announced the introduction of a new range of plant-based meals. The vegan ready-meal supplier divides the new range of meals into “Quick & Easy”, “High Protein” and “Chef’s Choice”. With this new selection of meals, the company offers customers a simple way to choose from a wide range of flexible, healthy and quickly-prepared meals.

The Purple Carrot Company

Purple Carrot uses only seasonal and fresh ingredients for its meals. The meal kits are delivered in pre-portioned quantities, which are then prepared by the customer at home with the help of simple step-by-step instructions. Purple Carrot’s healthy and plant-based basic meals are neither time-consuming to prepare nor harmful to animals or the environment. The selection of plant-based dishes makes it possible to bring vegan cuisine a little closer to the customer and to give them new ideas for a healthy diet. Andy Levitt, founder and CEO of Purple Carrot, sees it as his goal to help customers become the best version of themselves with the help of vegan food. He is particularly pleased that the number of vegans has grown enormously since Purple Carrot was founded four years ago.

The new menus

Recently, the American company added more choice for its customers, primarily for greater flexibility. True to its name, the Quick & Easy meal only takes 30 minutes to prepare, making it ideal for customers who have little time in the kitchen but still want healthy vegan meals. The High Protein meal kit has an above-average protein content of 20 grams per serving, which is appealing to many health-conscious consumers. The last menu, Chef’s Choice, is made up of gourmet ingredients.
