Sunday Supper Adds 3 “Decadent” Vegan Meals to Its Frozen Line, Including Three Cheese Ravioli and Spinach Manicotti

Plant-based foods brand Sunday Supper announces it is expanding its line of premium frozen entrees with three new launches: a Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Three Cheeses Ravioli, and a Ricotta and Spinach Manicotti w/ Bechamel.

Also featuring vine-ripened tomato sauce, all three entrees will be available through Sunday Supper’s website and retailer GTFO It’s Vegan beginning March 10.

“The runaway success of our [lasagnas] proved that there is a huge market for high-quality, plant-based meals”

The new launches build on the “viral” success of Sunday Supper’s debut products – Three Cheeses and Italian Sausage Lasagna – which first launched into Fresh Market stores across the US in 2022. The brand’s latest rollout includes:

  • Cheese Ravioli – With a creamy almond-based ricotta, vine-ripened tomato sauce and plant-based parmesan (MSRP: $16.99)
  • Wild Mushroom Ravioli  – Features a rich, umami-packed flavor with a mix of shiitake, nameko, oyster, porcini, and portobello mushrooms in an olive oil and sherry wine reduction (MSRP: $16.99)
  • Spinach and Ricotta Manicotti – Stuffed with almond-based ricotta and spinach, and topped with a bechamel/tomato sauce blend (MRSP: $24.99)

Multi-serve format

“Our delicious line of products are an easy family meal as well as a great way to celebrate a special occasion with more ease and no compromise on quality,” says Richard Klein, head of product and co-founder. “We are focused on the multi-serve format because our meals represent time spent together. And we also deliver on the freshness and locked-in goodness that restaurant-quality frozen foods like ours represent to the consumer.”

Founded by Florian Radke and Richard Klein, Sunday Supper launched in 2021 to “redefine” the $38Bn frozen food industry with gourmet, family-size Italian plant-based dishes. Both Radke and Klein have extensive backgrounds in business and entrepreneurship – Radke has co-founded successful vegan companies including Wild Earth Dog Food and dessert chain Cinnaholic, while Klein possesses a strong background in both creating companies and leading design.

“Runaway success”

“We are so proud to introduce these new items to our lineup,” says CEO and co-founder Florian Radke. “The runaway success of our Three Cheese Lasagna and Italian Sausage Lasagna proved that there is a huge market for high-quality, plant-based meals. These new items are answering that demand with three more delicious options that plant-based and non-plant-based eaters alike will love. We can’t wait to share these new items that deliver all the flavor and satisfaction of our two original items.”
