VWS 2023 Will Feature Tastings of Cultivated Wagyu Beef, Mycelium Chicken and Plant-Based Oysters

The Vegan Women Summit (VWS) announces its 2023 gathering will feature exclusive tastings of food innovations from multiple women-led companies, including Ohayo Valley, Bosque Foods, Neggst, Pearlita Foods and Impact Food.   Taking place May 19 in New York City, the Summit will offer limited samplings of the cultivated and plant-based products, some of which – such as Ohayo’s wagyu burger – are making their public debut. VWS Launches Top Chef Challenge to Find America’s Best Female Plant-Based Chef

The Vegan Women Summit (VWS) announces it is launching The VWS Top Chef Challenge, a new cooking competition to find America’s best plant-based female chef. Taking place in New York City on May 19th, the Top Chef Challenge aims to showcase the talents of women in the food industry, and will feature judges from plant-based companies Impossible Foods, Wicked Kitchen and TiNDLE. Creating top dishes According to VWS, the Top Chef Challenge will invite three female chefs from across the US to display their culinary talents by preparing their best plant-based dishes using ingredients from the participating brands. Brooklyn’s Lechia Launches Chia + Flax and Macadamia Milk Range Packed With Omega 3

Lechia announces the launch of a new line of Chia + Flax and Macadamia milk products which the brand says are made sustainably and contain a huge 1200mg of Omega 3s. The plant-based milks are also certified organic, vegan, kosher, gluten-free, carrageenan-free, and non-GMO.
