Veganz Launches D2C Store to Offer Plant-Based Product Boxes

Berlin-based food brand Veganz has launched a D2C online store, which will allow consumers to directly order the company’s plant-based product boxes.

The boxes contain a range of Veganz products, such as Soy Medallions, Sandwich Spread, Seitan Powder, and Thnfsh (vegan tuna). Innovative new products such as vegan honey and scrambled eggs are also included.

When buying the boxes, consumers will save money compared to purchasing each product individually, which Veganz says is important due to the current cost of living crisis. To mark the launch of the store, the brand will offer an advent calendar and a specially designed recipe box for a limited time only.

IPO

Last year, Veganz announced its IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, intending to use the proceeds to establish a new production site and invest in research and development, marketing, and expansion. Veganz products are now available in numerous countries worldwide, from petrol stations in Germany to Drakes supermarkets in Australia. The company also continues to launch new products, such as its peanut caramel chocolate bar.

“Since 2019, food sales in online retail have almost doubled, rising from 1.6 billion euros to 3.9 billion,” said Jan Bredack, founder and CEO of Veganz Group AG. “We are pleased that with the new sales channel D2C, we can use our strong brand and high brand awareness to provide our target group with quick and easy access to our products via social media platforms.”
