Kerafast Inc.  developers of an online platform regarding bioresearch material, has announced a partnership with The Good Food Institute to create a catalogue which will provide information about cell lines in order to inform scientific research for the production of clean meat and seafood.

Under the new partnership, as reported by New Food magazine, cell lines for land and sea animals will become available to scientists all over the world as research tools to further the development of animal-free meat. Cell lines originally created at various research institutions will now be added to the Kerafast catalogue and the company will also reportedly organise shipping and market the materials to ensure the widest possible reach, then donate a percentage of the proceeds to the original research institution.
